Eligibility
- Nominee must be a full-time faculty or staff member at Penn State Mont Alto
- Nominee must be the documented advisor of a Student Government Association recognized student organization
Criteria for Judging
Provided outstanding advisement and support to their organization throughout the academic year.
Visible and integral part to the success of the student organization.
Contributed to the growth and development of individual students in the organization.
Considered a role model in terms of club advisement.
Assisted students through leadership development.
Contributed to campus and/or surrounding community.
Nominations can/should include a description of how the advisor supports the student organization, student leaders and student organization programs and events.
Procedure
- Nominations accepted from any Mont Alto student, faculty, or staff member. Self-nominations also accepted.
- Nomination must include a rationale outlining the advisor’s qualifications for the award as they relate to established “Criteria for Judging”.
- Completion of the nomination form by the nominator (online nomination form located at bottom of page).

Nomination Deadline
Nomination deadline for the 2024-2025 award season is March 28, 2025.
